Classicists Beyond Classics

Prolepsis Research Network is delighted to invite you to our online seminar series Classicists beyond Classics. Educazione e Informazione.

This series focuses on the job opportunities after a degree in Classics. For the third meeting we will explore careers linked to education and information. We will host Valentina Iorio, journalist at Corriere della Sera, Alessandro Facen, teacher of Italian as a foreign language and director of the school Oltre Lingua, and Marta Pavan, programme manager ad vice-coordinator of the calls for grants at Con i bambini. 

Together we will discuss what prompted them to choose such a career and how the skills obtained with a degree in Classics have helped them in their careers. The format will be even more open to debate than usual, we will devote the entire second half of the seminar to Q&A.
